Print Fair 2018 Application

Congress Square Park, Portland, Maine.

Raindate: Sunday, June 24th, 10am-4pm

Application Deadline: Sunday, May 6th, 2018 11:59.
Applicants will be notified by May 9th, and booth fees and furniture rental fees will be expected by May 27th 11:59pm.

What we are looking for:
This Print Fair is juried. We are looking for printmakers, printers, and artists who use printmaking in their practices who want to exhibit, sell and/or demonstrate their art and craft. Printmakers must currently live and make prints in Maine. We hope to showcase the wide variety and skills of printmakers in this state! Demonstrations and interactive work are also highly encouraged to apply. 

Booth Fees:
We are able to make this fair an affordable opportunity thanks to the co-sponsorship the Friends of Congress Square Park!

Images must be jpegs, and no smaller than 1500pixels on one side, and labeled with your name and #1,2,and 3. Upon acceptance, These images will be used for promotional purposes. One image may be an action shot (i.e. you working in your studio) or your logo. Your application will not be considered without these images, and you will not be reminded to send them.
We have a limited amount of funds to cover booth fees for some exhibitors. If you are interested in receiving aid, please describe why you would benefit from this financial aid.

Upon acceptance to the Print Fair you will be directed to a link where you can pay for your booth. If a booth fee is not received by May 27th, your spot will be forfeited. In the event of cancellation on the exhibitor's end, a 50% refund will be given until June 3rd. No refunds will be given after June 3rd. If the event is cancelled entirely by the organizer, full refunds will be given (but not to worry, that won't happen.)
